(IN)FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: real questions asked by real readers who were definitely not prompted into doing this so I could fill out my FAQ page!

Q: What programs do you use?

A: PaintTool SAI for the lineart, Photoshop CS2 for everything else. (I love the lines SAI makes, and you can get it for $50!)

Q: Why did you revamp the comic?

A: While I'm glad I did the original (as I sorta created the characters in the midst of drawing it...), it had plenty of plotholes, subpar art, and strange plot points that would never be revisited! Now that things have had a chance to be thought out a little better, everything will probably make more sense. I hope.

Also, everyone is nicer to look at.

Q: How long does it take you to draw a page?

A: Well *strokes imaginary beard* it's hard to tell because I'm usually doing other things and taking little breaks, but I guess anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour drawing time, and about the same range for coloring/adding dialogue

Q: When do you update?

A: Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday. The actual time of day varies, since I update manually (I'm an idiot with php)

Q: What religion IS Toby? (a popular discussion point on the forums!)

A: His mum was raised Muslim, his dad is a non-practicing Jew. (scandalous) He's not really anything.

Q: Do you do any other webcomics?

A: Bad Fledglings, which you should read if you like gangs with bird-themed names. My other major project is The Crooked Channel (TCC) which I plan on redrawing once I'm confident enough to attempt it. It's got a more mature, pseudo sci-fi flavor. And there are more girls. (imagine that!)

Q: Does Li have to pay every time his phone gets taken up? (based on a real-life policy enforced by Lora's own sadistic high school!)

A: I would imagine not (or he would probably be more careful).
